How can I display the input from one field in another location?

I have no Java experience to speak of. I am trying to recreate something similar to a header in MS word. The cover page of my Form has multiple text fields that will be filled out by the user. Upon entry into those fields, i would like to display the results of the entry at the top of each subsequent page. Please help!!
