How to fix drop down menu CSS Overlapping issue

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with overlapping.
Overlapping is only when the mp3 file is playing and drop down list from project info come down.
How can i control that kind of issue.
My code is

Is this in IE6 only?

If so, you can either hide the MP3 player, or place an iframe underneath the drop down - search for "iframe shim".
