give the hand to an external application

Hi,

I have an HTML page:
<HTML><HEAD>
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript">function FreeHand() { }</SCRIPT>
</HEAD>
<body oncontextmenu="FreeHand();return false">Hello World</BODY></HTML>

The "return false" in oncontextmenu is to suppress the right_click menu

I would that the freehand function give the hand to an external application (on
the computer, I know the handle of the window..)
Is it possible ? How ?

You can not use JavaScript to move the mouse pointer to a different window.
