so you want to take a screenshot of your webpage? or do i miss the point? ... is this for the client-side or would you need it just for yourself - so that the screenshot could be made serverside?

Basically I am working on a PHP project in which client have a div area which works as a bucket to collect items that customer wants to purchase and item kept in this div(bucket) will be visible to customer and I need to take a snap-shot of this div(bucket). I have done it in PHP but code will only work in windows environment not in Linux or Mac if I would use javaScript than ActiveX control may be or may not be supported by client browser. Something similer with the JavaApplet

Do I have any other options?

Please suggest me....

huh? you want to transfer list-data as an image? why that? why not just take the list and save that to a database?

besides that ... a mozilla-working solution for a clientside screenshot could be found here ... but a real cross-browser solution is impossible with javascript.
