both secure and nonsecure items

P: 29
Hi

I have a website with multiple included js-files, included css-files...
There is a virtual keyboard programmed (for touchscreen use)
the moment I click on the keyboard icon to open the javascript keyboard, I get following error:

This page contains both secure and nonsecure items.
Do you want to display the nonsecure items.

I get this message only when connecting through https (ssl).

My browser settings are ok (mixed content is enabled), site is in trusted sites and all settings are set to low.

Firefox doesn't have the problem, but this site needs be accessed in Internet Explorer.

I used DebugBar to see the includes of any file (gifs, css,js).
Yet ALL files are included or linked with a HTTPS. So there is no http/https mixed content.

=> WHILE TYPING THIS, I FOUND THE SOLUTION.
I WILL POST THIS, SO OTHER PEOPLE HAVE A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM:

in my javascript I create an IFRAME without a src.
As default it will take 'about:blank' as source.

Internet explorer is so stupid he sees a difference between https: and about: (everything before double point should be the same as https or you get mixed content)
I set the src to 'blankpage.html' (an empty html page) and it works just fine!

I don't have the security messages anymore
