Parent to Child

I'm wondering how I can pass the values of a combobox in my parent page to a textbox on a child popup page.

Here is the code that I have on the parent page right now to find the value of the combobox.

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. function openRadWindow(url, windowName)
  2. {
  3.     var el = $find('<%=RadComboBoxResources.ClientID %>');
  4.     var txt = el.get_text();
  5.
  6.     var oWnd = radopen(url + "?name=" + txt, windowName);
  7.     oWnd.center();
  8.     }

Your source value is in parent page and the targeted area is in Child Pop Up Page.
If you are in Child Pop Up Page then access the parent window document using "opener.document" if you are in Parent Window then access the Child Window using the "window_reference.document" what you saved during "window.open".
Did you save it or not ?

Yes, I did save it. I managed to use the document.getElementById for this...
My code was this:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1.  var el2 =document.getElementById('<%=RadTextBoxAdd.ClientID %>');
Thank you for that suggestion, it really helped!
