I need help enable my javascript to get back on my bank account?

When I go to my bank account to login in. It comes up to this

This website will not operate correctly without javascript support.) I also updated it and still comes up with that. I don't know what to do. I have also went to the internet options part i did want i think i had to do. and still does not work. I was wondering if someone could help me and try to fit the problem, So I can get back on there. Sounds amateur but have you enabled Javascript on your browser?

Also, your bank's web designer needs shooting.

For help enabling JavaScript, see this link.

...and yeah, a site especially a bank site should not depend on JavaScript for basic functionality.
