Bluring the entire page/window

P: 2
Hi,

I am having a button in a page. On clicking on that button I am poping up another a modalwindow using Javascript(No AJAX controls used). Now I want the parent window to be in blured state once the popup is launched..
Please suggest me in doing this...

Thanks in Advance,
Raja Jayabal.

You can use showModalDialog where supported (e.g. IE, Firefox 3+, Safari). If you want support cross-browser, use a DHTML div instead of a window pop-up. See this thread.
