I have in mind a script that will work in columns. Nothing like the
general run of the mill tabbed stuff I see all over the place.
NO accordion style.
column 1 will show the main items.
column 2 will show choices based on column 1.
column 3 will show choices based on column 2.
Like a slider but more fixed in position.
Like a "Chained select" dropdown box but in columns.
With the flexibility of being able to use tables within those columns.
I think you'll have to be far more precise in what you are thinking.
At least I have no idea what you need a script for, instead of just
three static columns.
Anyone got any sites that might have that?

I've seen most of the big time script sites. Nothing.
They are usually full of crap anyway (e.g., scripts that try to
distinguish between IE and Netscape 4, which is SO last millenium!)
I'd even be willing to pay someone to do the script.
Don't think my contract allows me to work for money in my spare
time :)
Try to explain, in detail, what it is you want: What should the
possible user interactions be ("click thingy, drag doohikey left")
and what the effect should be ("columns are scrumbled").
Drawings (ASCII) might help.
