Dojo grid1.2 Editable in QueryReadStore

Hi All,
In Dojo Grid1.2,i have created the grid using QueryReadStore and Datagrid.How do i do the editable true in particular column...?
If i use ItemFileStore I'm able to do edit for particular column... I tried as follows..it works fine

var gridLayout = [
{name: "col1",field: "col1",width:5},
{name: "col2",field: "col2",width:5},
{name: "col3",field: "col3",width:5,editable:true}
];

But when i tried to use "QueryReadStore" it doesnt work... I dont know the reason...
can anyone please help me out?

It works fine in dojo 1.1 but not in dojo 1.2

Hmm, not sure what could have changed. I can't be much more help here because I don't use Dojo. You'd have to ask in the Dojo forums then. If you do manage to find a solution, please post back here. Thanks.
