Disable frame history recording

Hi guys,
I would like to use frames for a page, but I want to stop ie from recording the frame site in the history. I am sure it is in the ie programming, but I was wondering is there is a way to stop it doing that. I think what controls it is the window.history function, but not sure how it works.

FF and Opera do not record frames in history, only ie.
