get iframe child elements

P: n/a
I would like to be able to get the first item for a given iframe
element, and return the first child element that can have its focus
set. Is this possible?

Getting an IFrames first "item" is relatively easy. Determining whether
an element can have focus set on it or not is so difficult as to make it
impossible if you want reliable results.
