JavaScript on the Server

The more I use JavaScript in the browser, the better I like it. Has
anyone begun to look into the JavaScript server implementations. Are
they solid?

Probably. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Server-side_JavaScript
Are they solid?
At least SSJS on NES and JScript in ASP on IIS seem to be.
