You've probably answered your own question here, though you'll want to make use of the return value (true if OK is clicked, false otherwise).

Just a note: if you want to appear the least bit professional, avoid text speak and a mixture of upper and lower-case letters. Something like "Are you sure you want to delete this record?" is better.
