How to track which link is clicked

Hi..
Sorry for my english..
The links values are dynmically loaded from database.. i dont know which links value will appear.. If i know the link value then only i move to the corresponding page.. So i want to know which link is clicked in the html page.. based on it the reference page is open.. Because i dynamically load links value from the database.. Database is updatd daily..
