problem in passing ' and " to dialogwindow

Hi,

I am facing this problem while passing ' and " from explore to a
dialogwindow. I tried with escaping the parameter but it automatically
unescape.

please give me an advice to handle ' and ".

How you do it depends on how you are trying to pass it.
