js calender pop-up not working with struts help needed :)

hi friends,
Im developing a web based project in struts framework, i have certain forms in them, which contain date field among others. For this purpose i got a calender pop-up from here tigra . The calender works perfectly fine for plain old jsp files but when i tried it for my jsp page with struts tags its not working...why is this behaviour shown with struts tags? ive had many a trouble with the struts tags earlier. how can i make it work like "Normal". Since the struts tags gets converted into normal html markup in view source , shoudnt it behave like for a normal jsp page/html page?
Any help/advice/tips will be greately appreciated.

sorry for the trouble friends, i solved the problem. It was really stupid of me not to place the .js file in the place of my jsp pages, that solved my problem.
