Is there an event before loading objects???

Hi !

Is there an event which can be triggered before Loading objects.
I have a table which is supposed to be displayed based on the
row count. Any table less than rowcount 2 shouldnt be displayed.
That is why i was looking for some event which checks the rowcount
before it loads the table...

Any help in this regard will be appreciated..

if the table is dynamic than it can be handled by the server side script right?
