Alignment problem in IE

I have created a website but there is some problem in website,when i browse my website in Mozilla Firefox,then everything is ok. but when i browse in internet explorer some problem in alignment .......

can anyone guide me what i do...

This would be better answered in the html/css section I think.
It's usually just an issue with what different browsers decide is the "default" value for an attribute. (yes, you'll hear that IE is bad about it, whatever)
You will probably have to "fudge" some thing to get it to look correct in all browsers.
