Javascript with FireFox

P: 2
I've read everywhere that to assign a value to a hidden field on a page that the following id the code to use:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. document.getElementById("HiddenField1").value = SomeValue;
However, it will not work at all for me. My team and I are trying to get over a hump with our project and we can't figure this out. We are using AJAX as well.

Are there any known issues with the code above being used with firefox, ajax or both?

thank you

The only problem would be if the ID was not "HiddenField1".

Check your hidden field that it has a matching ID.
