Second one today... Well, I'll go ahead and move this over to our ASP Forum... (I'm not sure if this should be in .NET or in ASP, so the wonderful Mods in the ASP Forum will be able to move it again if it is a .NET-specific question)

From a mod, the code in question should actually be a piece of Javascript, not ASP.NET or classic ASP.

The reason for this is when using ASP and/or .NET, if you create a server print object and then send the document to print to it, it will print off on the server side, not the client side.

Therefore you need to use Javascript to do the dynamic client-side printing by using:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <a href="javascript:window.print();">Print</a>
  2.
I will move to the Javascript forum but leave a note in the ASP forum so people can still find the thread as it relates to a generic problem regularly encountered by programmers in both languages.

Best regards,
