SELECT not working properly within PHP inside JavaScript

I am trying to change the loading image depending on the language selected by
user.But it display image properly some time and some time it get glared.


Please help me to aolve this problem

Give the img tag an id and set its src to the new image instead of using innerHTML to recreate a new img tag.
