hai iam karthick we r planned to develop the software for auditors ,moreover iam work as php developer,whether i will able design the template using java script fro gui application for example this my design view space which r empty are text box

i think i simply don't get it ... what do you want to do? it should be a desktop-application? create a web- or xul-page that represents your interface ... and create the needed javascript-handlers that are used for your interface-controls/widgets ... in case you want to save things ... use AJAX to call serverside services to do that for you ... or use simple form-posts/gets ... etc.

be a little bit more specific ... what do you want to know?

what is my point whether a able to create a window with following fields
and also design in javascript,iam not talking of web based,i talk about windows app,my friend told it possible to design the template using java script and make to exe,

That's not possible with JavaScript.

You could create a web-based application which, with the use of Ajax, is close to a desktop application, but not completely. You'll still have to deal with the security issues.
