how to get fileopen dialogbox in javascript

Hi,
I need to get the fileopen saveas dialogbox in javascript.I have used the

document.execCommand("save as",..);

but i want to extract the location ang the file name that the user chooses in my code for further processing once the user has clicked save on the opensaveas dialog box.Can anybody help me on this issue?
