My rant

Is school out somewhere and causing an influx of moronic idiots that
just want someone to give them good code rather than trying to learn how
to write that code on there own?

Give a man a fish,
feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish,
Feed him for life.

the schools are raising good capitalists, getting someone else to do the
work for them as cheaply as possible. Obviously some of the less gifted
pupils are not adept at hiding it.

.. BTW They are lucky at finding such expert fishermen on hand That was
really great, the way you landed that last fish, but I did not quite see how
you did it. Can you catch another, please?

In some ways I'd rather they were given some good code to use than come up
with their own code that ended up working only in Internet Explorer.
Learning by example does have its place.

Give a man a fish,
feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish,
Feed him for life.

Build a man a fire,
Heat him for a day.
Set a man on fire,
Heat him for life.

I'm sure I'm misquoting this a bit, but here goes:

Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.
Give a man a fishing rod,
he'll spend all day at the water's edge drinking beer.
