How can I use the onclick to be a like a link for my checkbox?

I want the onClick to change the url just like a normal link. I am using a checkbox for my search engine and I want it to change the url when clicked. I did use the normal link html code, but it does not seem to take effect...

I get this bug in IE. So if you are a FireFox user don't be complaning that it works fine with you.
