Formula calculations using user inputted values in a form

Shown on my webpage: www.spectrapure.com/faq_p0.htm, I need a formula for calculating membranes GPD. The boxes are for customers to input their information. Can anyone help

What have you got so far and what calculations do you need to work out? I haven't the faintest idea what membranes GPD is.
