Query: Refresh Div on submit.

1
Hello All,
Posting for the first time. My javascript knowledge is very limited. Anyways, i am making a Joomla Component , and i have used some js for it to work. basically there is a form, which is inside a div. the form is divided in 4-5 tabs. now the good thing is that i have used a reload a php file. so what is happening is, unless i physically refresh the page, i cant see the changes i have made. is there any way, i can reload a div as well as submit the form when i click on the submit button.

I am a css coder, and contribute a lot on csscreator, but i have no idea of javascripting.
