How to check email

In a form there is an input field where users insert their email
address.
How can I check if it is the valid email or that it consists `@' .

You may want to endeavor to change your search criteria as the URL you
posted is mostly utter garbage with regards to validating an email
address using JS.

Of the 50 hits it returns, there are only 26 or so unique threads in
that list. Of those 26, 7 relate specifically to email address
validation. The first thread is nothing more than you pointing to the
inadequate un-useful search you provided here.

At least try to give a helpful URL if you are intent on being obtuse.
