Use JSP modules from other html pages

Can it be done? I mean: there are several html pages like 'portals'
that use some modules JSP for making a html pages. I want to use that
modules in another html page that will mix that modules with other
from myself. What do you think about? Give me your comments please.
This will be very productive tool for my way of working.

Thank you very much in advance.
