How to create a recursive function?

I am just new to Java script. Can you help to write a recursive function:

threeToThe(n) that computes pow(3,n). For example threeToThe(2) would return 9?

It may solve ur problem

if n =1 we have to return 3 and until we make n as 1 we have to call recursively that function and mutiply with 3
