hi ...

you posted your question in the js-articles-section ... i moved it to the js-forum for you where the experts may find and answer it.

while having a first look at it ... it seems that:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. document.write('<div id="slider" style="position:relative;width:&{swidth};" onMouseover="sspeed=0;" onMouseout="sspeed=2">')
is not working correctly ... it produces a div with no id but an attribute 'slider = " "'?

kind regards

for some reason the line (set the id="slider" to the end of the statement):

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. document.write('<div style="position:relative;width:&{swidth};" onMouseover="sspeed=0;" onMouseout="sspeed=2" id="slider">');
seems to work? has anybody an idea on that strange behaviour?

kind regards
