I got this code from YouTube, does anyone know the purpose of _hbLink
function? I searched everywhere and couldn't find any information
about _hbLink. I'm new to javascript so any help is appreciated.

does anyone know the purpose of _hbLink function?

Its only apparent purpose is a waste of space as it does absolutely
nothing. It could possibly be a simple place holder for an onclick
function that might get defined later but it is sloppy coding if that is
what it is.
