As you've been informed, the answer is no. What you can do, however, is create your own alert message box using DHTML (HTML, Javascript, CSS). See an example here (this one overrides the default one - you don't have to do that).

Not using Javascript, but you can possibly set CSS properties for print media if the browser supports it.
