dynamic button onload

I would like to create a function that will take boolean parameters.
sample : function buttonCheck(but1,but2) {.....}

The goal of this function is to have in the function all buttons which will be disable or enable dependent of the parameter because all the JSP have the same buttons.

But to do this, I must put this function on the body
sample : <body onload="buttonCheck('true','true')">

and I can not understand how can I do this with an another way to put buttons in a specific place.

I want help because I am not a expert on javascript

let me summarize what you want to do: at page load you want to have all your buttons enabled disabled dependend to an parameter that comes from wherever?

example in words:

when param x == something all buttons has to be enabled else all buttons has to be disabled?

are there special cases where only some buttons has to be disabled/enabled?
