Page Navigation In IE

AMT India
I have a link on an html page. When clicking on the link I have to show other page. I have written a javascript function for that. The code inside that function is :

window.location = 'http://.........index.php?mod=MOD005&hidSystem='+index+'' ;

This code is working fine in Firefox, but not in IE. Any solution for this?
