Problems, IE error that is not in the code?

Hi,
I have that code and some problems...
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <script type="text/javascript">
  2. var d = new Date()
  3. var ds1 = new Spry.Data.XMLDataSet("data.xml?cacheBuster=" + d.getMilliseconds(), "events/event",{useCache:false});
  4. </script>
when I open the page that has that code at lines from 18 to 21(included the <script> and </script> lines I get this kind of error from IE (the code is working but I reiceve this error)

So the line that is generating the error is the opening <script> tag?

It's a code used by spry, the new open source ajax framework of adobe, quite cool but still unsupported by IE as seen...
However, the code now works grat, I don't know why, removing the type of jscript it don't get any error...Thanks Solved!
