Call function o change combobox index

Hi All,

At first i will give thanks of all who have help me in the other thread. Know my combo works :).

Ok, you know the combo calls a javascript function in the onchage statement.

$combo = "<select name=\"ta\" id=\"ta\" class=\"imputbportada\" WIDTH=\"170\" STYLE=\"width: 170px\" onChange=\"cambia(document.formComprar.Q1,this.val ue)\">\n";

If i try to select a default option, but the onchange don't call the function.

How i can call the fucntion with the combo value in the load of the page or how i can change the index of the combo to call the function?

Hmm... Could you re explain your problem I didn't understand you very clearly.

for such purposes you typically write an init-function ... that you call in onload of your document. at first you read the value (selected ones of drop-downs, values of textboxes etc.) ... and you call the onchange-functions with those initial values explicitliy in your init-function ...

1. get the value from your desired node
2. call the function explicitly ... (the one you call onchange normally)
