how to save a file using ajax

HI,

I am new to ajax and JavaServlets. I don't have more idea on XmlHttpRequest object. I have to save a file and retrieve it back asynchronously using XmlHttpRequest and JavaServlets.How can this be done????


Code for this or website link would be very helpful.

As for saving a file, do you mean uploading a file to the server?
