text to change on refreshing

hi guys,
I was asked to build a website where an image with an accompanying quote would change on every refresh of the website. I figured out how to do it only with a photo but I dont know how to do it with photo+quote (text). Any ideas? thanks,

do the quotes go along with the images? what serverside service are you using (php, asp, ect..)? tihs could be done serverside fairly easy but it could be done in javascript also.
