Menu bar pbm in frameset

i m using framset in my page...it contains top,left and right frames...in top frame i m having banner which contains menu bar....if i m clicking the menu it's displaying the menu list in the top frame itself...i want to display it in the main page i.e(in right frame)......

Use the target attribute to point to the frame.
