Store images on client desktop instead of "temp"

Hi,

When users visit some sites contain images,First the image will get stored in the client browser 'temp' directory to improve the browser performance.

Is there any way (programatically) or browser setting where i can tell the browser to store the images in the client desktop instead of storing in 'temp' directory.

Moved from the Articles section.

Also changed the thread title to something more meaningful.
