help needed in the comparision of months for experiance details for a seeker

10
hi,
Can any one help me regarding the problem here its a matter of month comparison for mentioning the experiance details of a seeker as from year should not be grater than the to year if it is like that(I mean from year greater than to year) it should give an alert so that we can change the year to right fashion............If any one can solve it by writing the script for it I would be thankful for that...........

Here is the CODE

Get the from_month and to_month and year objects, then create dates and compare. That's one way. See Date object
