Highlighting hyperlink value in text box

hi,
in my table one of the coloumn field has a hyperlink that takes me to another page. but, i needed to restrict the size of the column and so i put in into a text box.
But, a new user would be unable to detect that this field is a hyperlink to another page, because, the underlined part indicating that it is a hyperlink is no longer visible.
Is there any way i can color the text atleast so that it looks like a hyperlink?

This is my code:
<td ><a href="listmom.jsp?"><input type=text color="#3366CC" size=45
readonly value=<%=meetingname%>></a></td>
