Table Editor

Hi

I'm looking for an online table editor with the following features:
- edit cells (*no* WYSIWYG)
- add/delete coloms/rows
- join cells
- store content in JSON
- free

It's basically online spreadsheet without calculation.

Is something out there that comes this features close?
