Safari is a browser developed by Apple. I don't think they're going to port to Windows soon.

There is a project called Swift using the same rendering engine as Safari, but it is very much at an Alpha (or pre-Alpha) stage.

Safari was recently developed for Windows. Thought I'd correct the dated info. here.
