onClick

Hi
I have a <ui:button> setup with onClick and action. See below. The problem is that if I return true in the onClick, then the action handler gets called but not the updateChart(). If I return false, then the updateChart() gets called but not the action handler. Any ideas....

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1.                                                 <ui:button action="#{Page1.button_hfStdDevStart_action}" binding="#{Page1.button_hfStdDevStart}"
  2.                                                     id="button_hfStdDevStart" onClick="{updateChart();return true;}" text="Start"/>
thanks

I put an alert inside the updateChart() and it appears that it does get called even when I am returning true. Inside the updateChart() is a call to setTimer() that sets a timer to call updateChart() repeatedly. This refreshing is not taking place though. If I return false in the OnClick, then the refreshing happens fine.
