Submit form at particular time

I want to auto submit a form on a particular time(server time)
i hope document.order.submit() function can help me out
but not sure re parameter to be sent to submit it on a particular time
its really urgent and required at the earliest

btw, welcome to TSDN.

Have a function which periodically checks for the time. You can achieve the periodical checking part using setInterval and give it 1000 milliseconds (1 second) as the second parameter.

Then use
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. var now = new Date();
to get the current time. Compare it to the time that you want. If it matches then submit the form.

Note that this is not the server time, but the client time. If you want the server time, use Ajax to get the server time. In that case, 1 second is probably too often. 1 minute would be better, though that depends on how accurate you want it to be.
