Problem on maximizing the window on java script

I used this below code to maximize window its works fine..but the maximixe icon it doesnt changed its remains as the single box alone..i need a box overlap icon while maximizing the window.help me..

u r resizing the window not maximize it programatically .....

if u can maximize the window using programatically ... then send ur code ....

You can't maximise the window probably unless you use some ActiveX or VBScript code (only works in IE) though I would strongly disapprove of that. See this thread.
