a message while i refresh page

hello guyes i faced a problem for a few months ...

today i suppose to know the problem why it is ....

when i trying to refresh a page by pressing F5 the sometimes i get a message like this ....

the page can't be refreshed without resending the information.
click retry to send the information again,
or click cancel to return the page that u were trying to view.


plz anyone tell me why it happens ...

This should only happen with server side stuff not JS.

Its from when you post data from one page to another when you refresh it has to resend this data.
